Dark Specialty Coffee supports local agriculture by sourcing coffee beans, cacao tablea and tea leaves from small farms in the Philippines: espresso beans from Benguet and Cacao from Davao.
They have partnered with Equilibrium and Kalsada Coffee Roasters for Sablan, Ampucao and Pagtauranan coffee beans from Benguet. They also has specialty coffee as well from Guatemala and Colombia. Apparently, specialty coffee refers to quality grade, and not just some term any business can throw around.
