Ayumi Eyelash is a Japanese eyelash and nail art salon. “Ange Curl” (PHP 3,500) is a new service involving a combination of a lash lift that curls the eyelashes, and a classic lash extension which adds volume using high quality sable mink Japanese lashes. I had to sit still for at least 2 hours but it was worth it!
The 5D Japanese Lash Extension that I got at Ayumi QC months before was great and they made me look like a diva, but they were a bit heavy and fell off sooner than expected. I was excited to try the new lash lift service when I heard that these Ayumi lashes felt lighter and looked more natural!
Ayumi’s lash glue is infused with a serum to keep the natural lashes intact, stronger and lifted, so it’s not true that your lashes come off because of lash extensions. In fact, frequently using fake lashes that you rip off at the end of the day poses a larger risk. It’s recommended to get a retouch every 10 days (PHP 500/session).
One of the bestsellers at Ayumi Salon, the Tokyo Teeth Brightening (PHP 1,500/session) uses UV laser light on those pearly whites. They give you a dental kit so you can brush your teeth before and after the teeth whitening session. Each session is broken down into 2 iterations at 8 minutes each. Even though I’ve been drinking a lot of tea, coffee and wine lately, Ate asked if may mapuputi pa ba ngipin ko!
I haven’t tried Ayumi’s nail art yet, but I’m a fan of their Gel Nail Polish (PHP 400 Manicure, PHP 450 Pedicure) because it’s super affordable! Other nail salons I’ve been to charge twice the price for the same quality! I also liked how they were super efficient, like both hands took 10 minutes. The ates at Ayumi QC are super pro!
