Cebu’s favorite lechon brand comes to Manila at The Fort Strip, BGC this 2018! We were invite to the grand opening of Rico’s Lechon by last July 30, being one of the first to try out the delicious roasted suckling pig! “Da best gyud!”
Since 1995, Rico’s lechon has been giving joy to Filipinos in Cebu until George Pua of Meat Concepts Corp. finally decided to bring it to Manila! Rico’s Lechon Manila flagship branch has a Roasting Pit, a viewing corner where the roasted and chopped up indoors, unlike in Cebu, where it’s done outdoors. Rico’s Lechon will also open in Tiendesitas in Pasig, Top of the Glo in Glorietta Makati, and Ayala Malls Cloverleaf and U.P. Town Center in Quezon City.
We meet the man himself, Mr. Enrico Dionson! #RicosLechon #DaBestGyud
While the roasted lechon is Rico’s specialty, they also prepare the pork in other ways like grilled liempo, kare kare, sisig and paksiw.
Sukalami is their own homemade vinegar used to dip the classic lechon in. You can also bring home a bottle for only PHP 150!
Apart from lechon, they also have beef, chicken, seafood and vegetable dishes for the rest of the family on any day!
