Chef JP Anglo prepared delectable dishes made creamier and more comforting with Eden at his own Sarsa Rada. There, with the assistance of a regular mom and dad from the crowd, Anglo whipped up mouth-watering dishes:
First up, the Cheesy Pork Steak looked and tasted absolutely dreamy. The Eden Cheese was rolled and deep fried to perfection. It added cheesy, crunchy fun to a typically boring pork steak dish.
Next up, the Cheesy Tuna Melt was a scrumptious as it was delicious. It’s made with brioche topped with tuna, pimiento and Eden Cheese shavings to add some extra tender loving care.
Last but not least, the Cheesy Chicken Adobo was glorious in both presentation and taste. They added a generous amount of melted Eden Cheese to the timeless staple Filipino dish as it enveloped the rice sensationally.
If I learned anything from Chef JP Anglo’s demonstration, it’s that Eden Cheese can make your every meal not only delicious but truly comforting.
