Opened in 2014, Baguio Craft Brewery is led by Vancouver native CEO Chris Ordas who started brewing in his garage in Van City 10 years ago. Since then, he has perfected a hoppy, west coast style beer that is now regarded as one of the most extraordinarily delicious and natural craft beer on the market.
Located at 120 RKC Building, Marcos Highway in Baguio City, this live joint is the scene where people appreciate traditionally-brewed and unique handcrafted beers with none of the additives or preservatives beer drinkers have been accustomed to.
Raina and I took a while to find this place during a chilly Baguio evening, but it was worth it. Baguio Craft Brewery welcomed us with a warm and inviting embrace. It’s a premium casual pub where you can pair good food, craft beer, excellent rustic interior with intricately carved wooden tap handles, and awesome service. They’re dedicated to fresh local ingredients of the Cordillera with fresh in house, handcrafted menu items and over 50 brews plus 21 craft beers on tap.
Overall, Raina and I were impressed and had good times at this iconic restobar with their approachable environment. We would definitely come back to Baguio Craft Brewery and experience more of their unique beer and eats.
