Now on its 4th year,  Goût de France (“Taste of France”) or the “Good France” Project is an annual event by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and French chef Alain Ducasse to tell the world that French cuisine doesn’t have to be intimidating.

In Goût de France / Good France, 3000 French restaurants and/or chefs in 5 continents will make the largest French dinner in the world. From 6 chefs in 2015, Philippines now has 18 French restaurants participating in the massive epicurean dinner to be held on March 21, 2018 in their respective establishments.

2018 Goût de France Philippines

Following the sequence of a traditional French meal, the selected restaurants will be serving an apertif with finger food, starter, 1 or 2 main courses, a cheese platter and dessert accompanied by 🍷 French wines and spirits. They are also encouraged to use local ingredients and to innovate on this one night of French gastronomy.
